5th Annual Lumbar Spine Research Society Meeting
April 26-27, 2012
Our 2012 meeting will be held at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower Hotel in downtown Chicago. The meeting will be a full day on Thursday the 26th and a 1/2 day on Friday the 27th of April. Please make your hotel reservations under the Lumbar Spine Research Society meeting for the group rate of $200/night. Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel at (877)813-7700 no later than Saturday March 24, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. After our roomblock cut-off on March 24th the room and group rate cannot be guaranteed. Each individual must ask for group reservations and identify themselves with the Lumbar Spine Research Society. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please make sure you make your hotel reservations in a timely manner as we do expect our room block to fill complete.
If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual's one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night.
